Ramblesran down, the open field, golden grass up to her waist, catching sunlight, in her hair and in her hands as she went, the wind behind her, late November carrying winter down from the hills.Rambles
didn't mind the chill, the sun warmed her shoulders, and the arms she held to the sky to pull it down,
and make a coat, blue and warm, to hide the spiders from the fall, gave them the sunlight she caught,
so they might meet their children, in the spring.
Ran on, down through the pine trees leaning, over low plants that caught her
